Communities

Nearly five decades of selling homes across the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley.

Granada Hills

Granada Hills is Dan’s primary farm area and home turf. The neighborhood is known for 3-4 bedroom single-family homes built in the 1950s and 60s on generous 7,500-10,000 sqft lots — the kind of established, tree-lined streets that have made it one of the San Fernando Valley’s most sought-after family communities. Dan’s for-sale signs have been a fixture here for decades, and longtime neighbors know they rarely stay up for long.

Northridge

Northridge — particularly north of Balboa Blvd. — offers 3-5 bedroom, 2+ bath homes built in the 1960s and 70s on lots of 10,000 sqft and larger. Home to Dan’s Park Regency Realty office on Corbin Avenue, Northridge combines larger properties with a central Valley location.

North Hills

North Hills, north of the San Diego Freeway (I-405), offers 2-5 bedroom homes and townhouses with more entry-level price points than neighboring communities — a practical starting point for first-time and move-up buyers who want to put down roots in the Valley.

Mission Hills

Mission Hills is one of the north Valley’s historic communities, named for the nearby San Fernando Mission. It offers established single-family neighborhoods within easy reach of the 405, 5, and 118 freeways, and Dan has served buyers and sellers here throughout his career.

Arleta

Arleta is a close-knit northeast Valley community of post-war single-family homes, popular with families and investors looking for value within Los Angeles city limits. Dan brings nearly five decades of Valley pricing knowledge to every Arleta transaction.

Pacoima

Pacoima is one of the San Fernando Valley’s most affordable entry points to homeownership, with a strong community identity and steady demand from first-time buyers and investors. Dan’s bilingual, hand-holding approach serves Pacoima’s families in English and Spanish alike.

Sylmar

Sylmar sits at the northern edge of the Valley against the San Gabriel foothills, offering larger lots, mountain views, and a mix of established homes and newer construction. It remains a favorite for buyers who want more space without leaving Los Angeles.

Santa Clarita

Just over the hill from the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita is one of Southern California’s most popular family destinations, known for master-planned neighborhoods, well-regarded schools, and newer housing stock. Dan represents sellers and move-up buyers making the move between the Valley and Santa Clarita.

Saugus

Saugus, in the heart of the Santa Clarita Valley, offers established family neighborhoods and a central location convenient to the entire SCV. It is a frequent landing spot for Valley families moving up to newer homes.

Newhall

Newhall is Santa Clarita’s historic heart, blending an old-town district with established residential streets. Its character homes and walkable downtown make it a distinctive alternative to the SCV’s newer master-planned communities.

Canyon Country

Canyon Country, on the eastern side of the Santa Clarita Valley, offers some of the SCV’s most attainable single-family homes and townhomes, with canyon views and quick access to the 14 freeway for commuters.
