Daniel Tresierras Jr. has been a licensed, full-time Realtor for over 48 years — all of them with one company, Park Regency Realty. A Broker Associate with more than 1,200 closed transactions, Dan has served over 16 years on the Southland Regional Association of Realtors’ committees, including Government Affairs, Professional Standards, and the Board of Directors, and in 2019 served as Board President of the 9,000+ agent association — the first male Hispanic president in over 100 years. A native of the San Fernando Valley, born and raised, Dan served four years in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman attached to the Marine Corps during the Vietnam era. A Little More About Dan
Dan met his wife in high school in the 9th grade — it started as a dare, and 56 years later they have 3 children, 12 grandkids, and 4 great-grandkids. “We are blessed.”
